I’m Evelyn Cagney, a systems thinker with a background in education. I believe human-centred design is a mindset you can learn, and that the best way to learn is through a collaborative design process.
As a service designer, I partner with teams to see the whole service, from people and processes to policy and technology, so we solve the right problems in the right way, while building the capability needed for lasting change.
I’m curious about human behaviour and how AI can act as a collaborator, without losing the friction that creates connection.

A simple, repeatable way to improve services end-to-end (digital and operational). We start with real insight, co-design and test solutions, then support delivery and measurement so improvements stick. Designed to work well in agile teams, with accessibility and privacy in mind.
